"You have lived in a beautiful place for many years, but you know that tomorrow it will end forever.

You wake up in the center of the Refuge. It is the early morning. Dew clings to the green. Birds hop around you, oblivious to the oncoming fall. You see the people gathering for their Jonday morning service at the Great Hall. They don't know.

What do you do?"

I searched the forum and found my thread from 2012... with the last reply from 2012. So I think I have every right to revive the subject itself in a BRAND NEW THREAD!

I still don't put a whole lot of stock in these things, but a lot of my friends are kinda serious about their charts. ^^; I might as well share mine if any of you care. I'm a Gemini Sun. I'm also a Gemini Moon, and a Scorpio Rising/Ascendant... I seem to be the ultimate Gemini, but the Scorpio completely contrasts with it. They're usually more reserved, haha.

Moon Signs: "The sign position of the Moon reveals much about our habits, reactions, and instincts. It shows how we express, and deal with, our emotions. Most obvious in our homes or in private, our Moon sign reveals our innermost needs. Many astrologers feel that the Moon represents our experience of mothering; it also shows how we “mother” or “baby” ourselves!" (Source)

Rising Signs: "The Ascendant (or rising sign) is often considered the mask one wears when meeting others. Perhaps it is most aptly thought of as the automatic responses to one’s environment. The Ascendant shows our natural defenses and how we cope with day-to-day issues. The energies of the sign and condition of the Ascendant are most overt and obvious to others. The Ascendant shows an individual’s first, natural reaction to new people and situations."

I don't think I'm ever beating this game.

I mean, I'm aiming to solve all the shrines, waken the Divine Beasts, and save Hyrule! ... after I catalog ALL THE THINGS. How's your progress going?

Hey everyone!

Yo! Checking in after a good solid round of inactivity. It's been a while. It feels good to come back and see you all!

If you don't know me, or forgot some stuff, I'll re-introduce myself and simultaneously give an update on my life! How cool is that?

I'm Patsy, or Patricia. I'm 24, turning 25 next month (so weird!). I'm currently studying in university, working on a double major in History and Judaic (Jewish) Studies. I like reading, research, sleeping, my plants, and strawberries. My favorite animal at the moment is a hedgehog, I love the color red, Neon Genesis Evangelion is my favorite anime, I like my coffee bitter enough to cut rope, and I love Akita dogs! I finished my conversion to Judaism on March 22 of this year, and I'm happy about it! I know some Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Hebrew. But I can't really do a whole lot with these languages, unfortunately...

I do part-time work at the local courthouse, doing data-entry and filing of court documents as well as clerking for small claims and landlord/tenant courts. I am also currently an intern at the local Jewish museum/center for Holocaust education, helping with cataloging for the archives as well as organizing the soon-to-be public research library so it can FINALLY open! So, in a way, I'm earning the Archivist title in the clan!

I also volunteer with my university's Queer Resource Center with easy things like event help and speaking on panels, but I might be working there next year. Not sure if I want to just yet... I eventually want to work in public history, making sure the public can have access to education to the history of discrimination and, more importantly, have the tools and resources to resist and create a better society.

In terms of how I'm actually doing, I'm doing alright. Therapy and forcing myself to do things helps, and it gets easier when I have a good momentum. Even though my schedule's stressful, I feel like my efforts are worth something. I also have a lot of friends and people that believe in me, and I've been able to appreciate that more and more each day. <3 I need to work harder, and that impulse has mostly driven me offline...

Anyway, feel free to ask questions, make comments, or just give me a good meme or two. I always need one!
